CEIS Review has been providing Portfolio Stress Testing services to Community Banks and other CRE lenders for more than a decade. Today we conduct stress testing for several portfolio types including CRE (non-owner occupied and owner occupied), C&I, Construction Projects, and other specialty portfolios as determined.
CEIS’ dynamic multi-scenario stress analysis tests each borrower’s ability for repayment under mild, moderate, severe, and extreme economic situations, then further analyzed under a downside scenario to determine the severity on criticized loan levels, loan loss reserves, and capital requirements.
